IRL Summer Update

Summer has been nice so far, I suppose. I did decent on my final report card, receiving Honor Roll (88 average overall) and a 100 on my English regents and a 96 on my US History regents. My other exam grades were a bit lackluster but who cares mayne. I have a lot of summer homework ahead of me too. I need to read Crime and Punishment and The Grapes of Wrath (I will probably SparkNote both novels) and then write papers on them. I also need to do an AP Calculus test, write a paper on the history of democracy, and collect current event articles on the presidential campaign. I see myself starting all this work late August. I need to start looking at colleges, but I'm so lazy it's not even funny.
I got a job. I wash dishes and do prep work in a maritime restaurant on the docks. I'm in the heated kitchen for ten hour shifts (3-midnight) every weekend. It gets hectic and exhausting, and I have nicks and burns all over my fingers from chopping onions and cooking and whatnot. I haven't gotten my first paycheck yet, but I'm getting paid like $8/hour so yeh
Basketball is okay. I have my good days and my bad days. We suck; we haven't won a game (we've had like 4 so far). The other day I had 13 points--four 3-pointers and a foul shot. Yesterday I had none. So there's a bit of an inconsistency there, clearly. Also, yesterday, I rolled my ankle. Turns out it's sprained, and it hurts like hell right now. It's being iced and it's swollen really badly. I am going to the doctor later to get it checked out, meaning I can't work or play basketball for...well, I don't know. At least a week, I'd say. I literally can't even move my left ankle, let alone walk. I hope my summer isn't ruined.
The swelling reminds me of a time when I was in like 2nd grade. I had a cold or something and I was playing a Jimmy Neutron computer game demo. My mom gave me Advil, an ibuprofen-based pain reliever and anti-inflammatory drug. I soon started to notice that I had broke out into hives, and my lips swelled a bit. My mom gave me more Advil to reduce the swelling, but my lips increased in size. My penis also inflamed, and hives were everywhere. How ironic is it that an anti-inflammatory drug made my penis fat? Turns out I'm allergic to ibuprofen.
Social life...kind of disappeared after I got a job. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are shot from work, and Tuesday and Thursday nights are shot from basketball. I haven't gone to any parties and I've barely seen anyone. It's already July, and I hate it. My summer really sucks so far and I only just realized it after typing all of this. My ankle is only going to ruin things even more. I'm scared. I'm scared that this summer is going to suck massive donkey balls.
And now I have to do this stupidass comic for this stupidass site that I love so dearly.
EDIT: So I went to the hospital and got an x-ray. It's indeed fractured. God knows how long it'll be casted. I could cry, really.
EDIT 2: No one's reading this (lawl) but I'm now in a plastic cast, called a CamWalker or something. It lets me walk, and it's also removable so I can swim and shower and get comfortable when I need to. And I'll only have this thing for 2 weeks! So my summer is like, saved, besides the facts that I can't work until further notice and I'm out of basketball for the rest of summer. I hope I don't get fired mayne.
