Yeah, my grandpa gave me his old Gateway that he doesn't need because he has a much more powerful Gateway that runs Crysis on max settings without lag and lives, so I just need to set it up.

If Macs are PCs, then wouldn't they not be better? It would make more sense to say "Macs are better than the other PCs".

He's only calling them PCs for the sake of people understanding him. Really they're all PCs (personal computers).
