Do you believe in Karma? It's a theory, that if you do good things, good things will happen to you and vice-versa. Last night I couldn't sleep. So I was just lying in bed watching My Little Pony on my phone. I then realized it was like 4AM, and I might as well just get up and play some video games or something. But, right at that moment, I fell asleep. So obviously, when my alarm clock rang at 6AM I was way too tired to get up, my mind didn't even react to the fact that it was ringing. So later, I woke up. And the only thing I could think was "Oh yeah, I'll just get up, might as well". As if nothing had happened, as if I hadn't dozed off.
But when I looked at my timer it said it's 9:30AM, which means I'm 1˝ hour late for school already. If I had left right away I would've gotten there right during recess, so I stayed home for an additional 30 minutes. When I later got to school at 10:20, ready for my "next" lesson, I knew my friends would find the fact that I overslept funny, so I tried to make a joke out of it, be part of the fun. But the only thing they said was "What do you mean overslept?". And as it turned out, my first lesson, that stretched from 8:00 to 10:00 was cancelled, and I was just in time for the second one, not sleepy or anything. All I could think then was "score!", but at my way home I asked myself - was it Karma?
That reminded me of the TV show My Name Is Earl. It's about a man who used to be a criminal, but later found out about Karma at a hospital bed, after being hit by a car. He makes a list out of the really bad things he's ever done, and decides to correct every single one of them. And that all makes sense to me, he's basically devoting his life to this theory, something he can't know is true. But at the same time - if someone is Christian, I find it ridiculous that they believe in talking snakes and magic apples (also ships that are like 20 km wide). But I can only ask myself - how is Karma any different? Both have you tied to these rules, both want you to live a specific way, and believe specific things. But Karma makes sense to me, Christianity doesn't. Maybe it's because some part of me - deep inside, believes in Karma? I think that might be it.
MAGIC SUBJECT CHANGE OF THE FUTURE
My Little Pony is a great show. No, really. It is. When I was small I watched Cartoon Network all the time. But I outgrew cartoons and when I visited SpiralMountain alot I found it weird how many of them were giant fanatic of cartoons, I thought - "Don't you outgrow that stuff?". I still barely like any cartoons, the only one I do like, is My Little Pony. Now this sounds absolutely ludicrous, even to me. But the show is actually good. And one thing that really bothers me is that almost all the people who don't like the show believe that the people who do like the show only like it because it's mainstream, or because 4chan told them to, or such. I can absolutely see why they would think that, in alot of circumstances it's most likely the truth as well.
I'm sure more than 20% of MLP's fanbase doesn't really enjoy the show. And that's retarded to me. It's like the really popular guy's and girl's at your school who only listen to what's on the radio, because that's what's popular. And then I think some of it's fanbase overcommit, like the people who have their rooms stuffed with MLP merch. I'm sure that if they fancied Johny Bravo just as much as they did with MLP, they wouldn't have a bunch of JB merch. But what's even worse are the MLP haters (I'm looking at you, TS), who believe that nobody will watch MLP in a year, once it's gone less popular on the chan, and who dislike the show just because it has a large fanbase. But enough about MLP.
MAGIC SUBJECT CHANGE OF THE FUTURE 2
So don't you just hate those people you're friend's with on Facebook, that have like 2500 friends? I sure do. Now what was I going to write? I don't remember. Maybe I'll just end the blog here.
Gentlemen, this is my first blog for a long time, if you're new here and enjoyed reading it, I have alot of nice blogs like this one already posted here, so feel free to read my old ones ^_^ Also, I will most likely post blogs slightly more often in the future. It's the least I can do for this site after it saved my life.

Subject 1: Cool story. I believe in Karma and I'm Christian. :O whaaaaaa
Subject 2: I'd say more than just 20% fans "fake" their love if the show. I'd say it's more like 30%. I'm a real fan though. I don't like it because it's popular. I like it 'cause it's good. I watched it because it's popular, but that's not why I like it. Gnome sayin'?
Subject 3: I have like 300 friends. I'd say that's an average #.Posted 09-21-2011 at 12:17 AM by Angry Ancestor

> I believe in karma to some extent I guess. I would say you got pretty lucky there. Side note: My Name is Earl is awesome.
> I hate My Little Pony. It's not that I haven't given it a chance either. I legitimately hate the show.
But what I hate even more is when people just "follow the craze" and pretend to like it. Along with all the stupid terms coined for/by My Little Pony followers.
> Generally, I don't like those people. Obviously not because they have like 2500 Fb friends, but because the type of person to have that many Fb friends is usually a dyke anyway.
