Ah, the Genesis. It was a simple system, with 16-bit graphics. Everything was 2-D, and voice overs were unheard of. I don't want an overly complicated system, so that's why I got it.

SNES Game Reviews: Spawn

Spawn is based on a comic book of the same name by Todd McFarlane. He later went on to make Halo toys action figures, and had already gained popularity from his Amazing Spiderman series. I know nothing about the series... and that's after playing this game.
Story:
Not too sure what to say. There's 10 levels, and while the story is great for the first three, four through eight have no cut-scenes whatsoever. It also doesn't introduce characters too well, but fans of the comic should recognize...

The epic package!

I'm waiting patiently for a package to arrive. I've been looking for a cheap SNES for a while, even if it meant finding the components. Once, I found a $22.50 base, but it was sold while I was logging in. The power cable was always $7.50, and I already have the AV cable through the GC and N64. The first game I wanted with it, Star Fox, was generally $10.
