The "What are you doing tonight?" Thread

The concept is pretty simple.... Basically you just say whatever it is you're doing tonight. Seeing a movie? Going to the mall? Saving the world? Whatever it is, just discuss.

I'll start us off...

I'm about to go the store and pick up groceries, then I'm coming back and going out for my buddy's birthday, then I'm going to come home and build something really awesome in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.

I know why people hate it so much. But I actually think it's a good game.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or if you're serious to be honest

However, since you did recommend I buy it in my N64 thread I'm going to assume you're serious...

For one, the controls are god aweful. The graphics are.... God aweful too. There's no story and, most of the game is spent flying through rings. I don't see how anyone could like it to be honest with you. But hey, if you do, more power to you.

Actually, I was being serious. I've beat the game today, I consider it a good game.

I do not agree that the controls are awful, I found them to be pretty decent. I was playing with a 360 controller though, maybe the fault is in the N64 controller. I really do agree that the graphics are god awful, but only in the actual city, I'm not sure if they intended you to pay attention to them, really, I was too busy flying through rings. The graphics are actually pretty decent on the actual levels. And I really do agree, there really isn't any story at all, but I was too busy flying through rings to care. And I did enjoy flying through those rings. Noticed you left out the music, that was actually pretty good as well.

The only problem I really found with the game was how during some missions you really don't know what to do at all. They expect you to know what to do almost. That was really ridiculous.

I guess I'm just too much of a fan of the N64 to consider Superman 64 a horrible game. I'm also the type of guy that gives Galaxy a 0/10 rating and Superman 64 a 6/10 rating.

I just don't understand how you could possibly think SMG is 0/10 game and Superman 64 is anything but 0/10. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I mean, sure, I'm all for differing opinions, but you can't possibly tell me that SMG doesn't do some things right. Hell, I don't even like SMG- I'm an Xbox guy, yet I will openly admit that it has impressive graphics, relatively fun gameplay, and lots of content. Superman 64 has none of this. It's just trash. I mean, I'm glad someone is able to get some enjoyment out of it, but putting it above SMG? Come on now, that's just ludicrous.

My opinions for the more unique and fallen games usually are better than expected. I'm really not a fan of Nintendo. If I have to be absolutely serious, there is not one single thing I liked about Galaxy.

Playing LoL with my bestest friend his cousin, and his cousins friends. Being all depressed over the fact that I have to sleep ever, I'm sooo tired (haven't slept in about 40 hours, and even when I did sleep it wasn't much). Planning on sitting up all night
