Possibility a Donkey Kong 64 Sequel

I know I would I think, Donkey Kong 64 was one of the most inspiring games I liked (Although it might be the music mainly) and might be my favorite Donkey Kong game.

If this happens, then my life will be complete. Donkey Kong 64 is my favourite Donkey Kong game next to Donkey Kong Country 3. I thought I heard years ago that Nintendo was intending on making a sequel to DK64, but they eventually decided not to.

It would be interesting to see how they would continue the story from the last game, or if they would create something entirely different altogether.

If this project gets green-lit, then it most likely will be for the Wii-U. Camelot would want to take advantage of the Wii-U's control pad, since it has so many neat features.
