All the comments above WERE on topic. They're talking about exactly what you wrote. about the same game. The game was unfinished. Of course there is going to be missing character slots/unused ideas. Even missing text graphics. etc.

If I play an unfinished game and I noticed the languages other than English aren't correctly implemented yet? No, that wouldn't make me think I was on to something.

Hello again everyone. This time, I have decided to add a comparison list of Diddy Kong Pilot (2003) to Banjo-Pilot. I shall now show you all (also additional notes);

First, the items;
*K-O-N-G Letters (Does nothing) - Musical Notes
*Banana Coin (Only in Cranky's Challenge) - Jiggy (Only in Jiggy Challenge).
*Balloon Targets (MONKEY MADNESS!!!) - Glowbo
*Buzz Lightyear (actually the enemy Buzz) - Fire Egg
*Triple Buzzes - Triple Fire Eggs
*Zinger - Ice Egg
*Triple Zingers - Triple Ice Eggs
*TNT Barrel (Drop down explodes a boost) - Turbo Trainers
*Rambi - Gold Feather
*Wrench Barrel - Mingy Jongo
*Blue Buzz - Saucer o' Peril

Now the characters;
*Diddy Kong - Banjo (not the instrument, okay?)
*Funky Kong - Kazooie (Really!)
*Donkey Kong - Mumbo Jumbo (DK is a main character rather than supporting.)
*Dixie Kong - Purple Jinjo
*Kritter - Humba Wumba
*King K. Rool - Gruntilda
*Klump - Klungo
*Klaptrap - Jolly Roger
*Cranky Kong - Bottles (of beer on the wall, not)

Now, the music;
Unused ones include mode/options select in DKP (2003), Kong-themed title screen music (first monkey screech and then Glowbo sound before it was almost put into Banjo-Pilot) and Cranky's theme.

*Kremling Pilot - Cheato
*Jungle - Spiral Mountain-related areas
