I'm not a huge fan of games, Nintendo in't anywhere close to my interests.

Another forum I go to, Star Fox Online, has been exploding with activity about this since before it was announced, and all rumors seem to be fitting Nintendo's story:
-The controller will be like an iPod, but with buttons as well as the touch screen
-The new Zelda will NOT be for it
-It will be HD
-It will be more powerful than either the PS3 or XBox 360, however Sony's and M$'s responses will likely be even more so
-Backwards compatibility is disputed
-It seems like the SNES in some ways (controller size/ shape, general console design)
-No word on better networking features than the Wii (this just in: everyone hates friend codes)

Hopefully it'll be much more powerful than the 360 and/or PS3. I hear the controller will have a touchscreen. I wonder how that'll work.
