Yeah, from what I heard it use to be a decent place for Rare, but it's really gone down the pooper as of late.

There was a time when BPL had his own forum with full of crap/amazing stuff

RWC changed since years. But differences are still smaller than on RWP which goes to completly far spot from Rare Community.
