Looks like your next block is determined by what you did with the last one.

It checks what holes need to be filled and gives you what would be worst for the situation.

At first I was going to say Tetris Friends is better, but then you said this. So it's less of a crappy clone and more of a challenging twist to me now.

Sometimes you can clear lines but have to sacrifice the line above it, making it nearly unclearable. 16 is the best I can get.
