I highly doubt that'll fit into my pockets. Trying to maneuver the stylus in games like Kid Icarus Uprising is going to be a pain in the arse. It's hard enough trying to stay in the right zone for the 3D to work on the normal 3DS, a bigger screen will mean you'll have to put your face even further from it. People complain how games like KIU give the hand cramps if one hand is used on the touch screen and the other to hold the system... so they make it heavier? Yeah, I'm happy with my original.

3DS XL is a terrible decision on Nintendo's part. This is almost as bad as that Donkey Kong TV show.

It's cheaper than the 3DS was at launch, if that counts for somehting.

But you're not buying it at launch price. Your options are to buy a 3DS for about $150 or an XL for about $200. Seems like a waste of $50 to me. If the XL were cheaper than the current price for the original, then by all means, it would be a great buy. As it stands, the original is, if not superior, equal.

If you can call a 90% bigger screen a waste, sure. DSiXL is better than the 3DS. It has larger screens, better Start/Select/Home Buttons, longer battery time and has 2 gigs included. I think it's more worth the 50 bucks than PilotWings Resort.

But really, why would they make a product that is better than the 3DS and sell it for less than the 3DS. I hope you never try to start a business selling products. You'll be bankrupt before you know it.

How is it even remotely better? You've obviously never tried one, if you did then you'd know what a pain it is already to position your head right to get the 3D effect. It'll need to be even further away with the bigger screens.

I actually remember liking my XL more than my DSi, but I'm not sure about this.

I remember them saying that the 3DS is packed from the start and there won't be any new editions.

And GMG, I get the 3D effect easily, it's definitely not a pain for me.

I probably won't be getting this, but I might run into one of those times where "OH WHAT THE HECK I'LL GET IT!".

Also, GMG, opinions. To some it might be better, but just because it looks bad to you doesn't mean it is bad.

How do you know if it's worse? You've obviously never tried one, so how do you know if it's actually bad or not? Just wait 'till the reviews come in and we'll see what others think about it first.
